Drum-shaped gear couplings allow Larger angular displacement (compared to spur gear coupling), the contact conditions of the teeth can be improved, the torque transmission ability is improved, and the service life is prolonged.The contact state along the tooth width when there is angular displacement. The GⅡCL drum gear coupling has the ability to compensate for axis deviations such as radial, axial and angular axis. It has the advantages of compact structure, small gyration radius, large carrying capacity, high transmission efficiency, low noise and long maintenance period. It is suitable for low-speed and heavy-duty working conditions, such as metallurgy, mining, lifting and transportation industries, and also suitable for shaft transmission of various machinery such as petroleum, chemical, general machinery and so on.

The GⅡCL drum gear coupling structure is used for the direct connection of two horizontal concentric shafts. It is composed of two outer gear sleeves and an inner gear ring.The lubricating oil used in the coupling requires high viscosity and flowability, and it is commonly used as vehicle oil.For couplings that work in the open air, lubricating oil with lower viscosity should be used when the weather is cold.For general connection, all cylindrical shaft holes.

1. Strong carrying capacity.Under the same outer diameter of the inner gear sleeve and the outer diameter of the coupling, the carrying capacity of the drum gear coupling is on average 15-20% higher than that of the straight gear coupling.

2. The drum-shaped tooth surface makes the contact conditions of the inner and outer teeth avoid the disadvantages of squeezing the edge of the straight tooth and stress concentration under the condition of angular displacement. At the same time, it reduces the friction and wear of the tooth surface, reduces noise, and maintains The cycle is long.

4. The tooth end of the outer gear sleeve is in the shape of a horn, which makes the assembly and disassembly of the inner and outer teeth very convenient.

5. High transmission efficiency.

Based on the above characteristics, at present, drum-shaped teeth have generally been substituted for straight-tooth couplings.
