Due to the large gap between the inner and outer teeth, the coupled coupling transmission shaft system is allowed to have a larger displacement and can bear a larger load. TGL Type Nylon Internal Gear Drum Gear Coupling Another kind of nylon internal gear coupling produced by our factory is the NL type internal gear elastic coupling. TGL type drum gear nylon gear ring coupling has the following three structural types: A--- basic type: B---type inner retaining ring type: C---type outer retaining ring type hydraulic coupling.
Nylon inner gear couplings use MC nylon material for the inner gear, and 45 gauge forged steel for the outer gear shaft sleeve. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, low moment of inertia, low noise, easy assembly and disassembly, and no need for lubrication. .
Structural features:
1. It has high cushioning and vibration reduction performance, and has a large range of compensation capabilities for axial, angular, and radial displacement deviations.
