The double-row sleeve roller chain chain coupling has become a standard (old standard GB6069-85, new standard GB/T 6069-2002).The transmission torque and allowable speed are respectively four times and two times that of a single-row roller chain of the same size.Because when the chain size is used, two teeth can be accommodated in the width of a single-row sleeve roller at the same time, while a double-row type can only accommodate one tooth, so the tooth thickness of a single-row is only half of that of a double-row.Therefore, the rollers of the double-row chain are respectively in the tooth grooves of the driving and driven sprocket, and each independently rotates and does not interfere with each other when subjected to force, so that the wear is greatly reduced.
