GB6069-85Roller chain couplingIt is suitable for all kinds of transmission shafts that mechanically connect two coaxial lines; it is usually used for high and low speed transmissions with frequent starting.The working temperature is -40~+120℃; the nominal torque of transmission is 40~25000N.m.The roller chain coupling has the characteristics of simple structure, easy assembly and disassembly; compact size, reliable work, high efficiency, long life, suitable for various working environments, convenient maintenance, and low cost.The shaft hole types are cylindrical (Y), conical (Z) and short cylindrical (J).The type and size of shaft hole and keyway are processed according to the standard GB3852-83 "Coupling shaft column and keyway type and size".The semi-coupling is made of casting, cast steel ZG35Ⅱ, and the shaft hole and keyway are drawn.The chains are all matched with standard products.
