MOREJMⅡJ Type Intermediate Shaft Type Diaphragm Coupling
The JMⅡJ intermediate shaft type diaphragm coupling compensates the relative displacement of the two shafts connected by the elastic deformation of the diaphragm. It is a high-performance flexible coupling with metal elastic elements. It does not require lubrication, and has a compact structure and strength. High, long service life, no rotation gap, not affected by temperature and oil pollution, suitable for shafting transmission in high temperature, high speed, and corrosive medium working conditions, and widely used for shafting transmission of various mechanical devices, such as water pumps (especially It is a high-power, chemical pump), fan, compressor, hydraulic machinery, petroleum machinery, printing machinery, textile machinery, chemical machinery, mining machinery, metallurgical machinery, aviation (helicopter), high-speed power transmission system of ships, dynamic balance Later, it has been widely used in high-speed transmission shaft systems.
Compared with gear couplings, JMⅡJ type intermediate shaft diaphragm couplings have no relative sliding, no lubrication, sealing, no noise, basically no maintenance, more convenient manufacturing, and can partially replace gear couplings. JZM type diaphragm coupling is a high-performance flexible coupling that is popularized and applied, and it has been widely used in developed industries.In practical applications, the intermediate shaft type is generally used to improve the performance of two-axis offset compensation.
The JMⅡJ intermediate shaft type diaphragm coupling is composed of several groups of diaphragms (stainless steel thin plate) which are alternately connected to the two halves of the coupling with bolts.
