The high-speed diaphragm coupling structure makes the left and right center of gravity close to the support bearings of the units on both sides to the limit, and the additional bending moment to the rotor shaft head is small, which is conducive to high-speed and stable operation.The middle joint is connected with the spigot, and the whole coupling is assembled and disassembled. The entire coupling maintains centering and dynamic balance even if it is assembled and disassembled many times.The distance between the two flexible bodies (diaphragm) is large, and the coupling has a strong ability to absorb the misalignment of the unit.High-speed diaphragm coupling, its flexible element adopts AISI301 or nickel alloy steel, its tensile strength reaches 150-170kgf, and its fatigue life can reach 1 years when calculated at 20 revolutions per minute. Other parts adopt AIS4140 or quite high The strength of the light alloy, therefore, the coupling has excellent mechanical properties such as light weight, axial rigidity, torsional strength, etc., can protect the output shaft of the unit and prolong the service life of the unit.
